Hey all,
Just a quick question regarding the Runepriests' scenario weapons.
The blue "Apostle's Runestaff of Glory" has +2% reduction in being critically hit whereas the 1200 emblem upgrade purple "Apostle's Runestaff of Reverence" doesn't have that stat. What's weird is in the armoury on the RoR site, it's listed as also having the crit reduction. But it isn't on the weapon in game.
Is this correct? Would be great if we can get the crit reduction added to the purple weapon too, otherwise the 1200 emblem upgrade seems a lot less worth it.

A lot of the stats differ from the in-game item, and the item listed on the Armory. Might be worth writing this up on the BT and I'll see if someone can take a look at the report.
Someone could come across the forum and clarify, but if you write it up on the BT there's more chance of the team investigating. Realistically, there's an anomaly between the armory stats and the in-game stats, so could have one or the other edited.

just use the blue one since it is much better and hold emblems for the update if new staves require the purple one AND are better than the blue one

Crit reduction doesn't even work properly on this server.
I have 0.0 chance to be crit but yet I still see crit hits in my combat log all the time.

Thats not how it works. Your enemy has a chance to critically hit you. And you have a chance to be critically hit. Yeah exactly - because in context of combat you have contested crit chance algorithm, so there's no true 0 from the tool tip (it compares their crit chance against your crit reduction/initiative etc). Whereas your 0% is off a completely basic attack with no bonuses etc. You have to go below 0% in order to reduce them further.

yes, i stay near -25 and still get some crits but that build is much more durable than whatever else.

Yeah that's more the question for me. Because I can go Oppressor full-set or go weapon and wait for invader/ranked set.
