This is not about SWs "being underpowered" or "low hanging fruit" or whatever meme buzzword you feel like posting.

This is about Shadow Sting being 9 points into a tree when it was 6 points in live.
This wasn't OP then, this isn't OP now.
It's fair and balanced and not a single person here has even refuted that, they keep going on and on about festerbomb.
So let the ALL changes will be reverted back.

Honestly, I wish that only Marauder "fixes" has been reverted and do not care about everything else.

u have to stop looking at classes in a vacuum mate.... look at grp dynamic and i don;t think SW are in a bad spot at all
It's exactly ABOUT looking at classes out of the vacuum

T3 right now is so awash with tanks and healers that, if anything, inc heal debuffs need to be more prevalent just so combat can actually happen.

And, again, you're not providing any evidence as to why moving it to 9 points into skirmish somehow makes it not OP.

By your logic I can just spec skirmish, become instantly "unstoppable OP" and not a single person can say I don't deserve it.

That's poor balance and its shoehorning players into one spec.

It's still just as fair an ability at 6 points as it is at 9 points. I can see the reasoning behind moving it when the game was capped at T2 but we've moved on now. Group heals are so out of hand that premades spend most of the time casting only group heals. Having inc heal debuffs allows a team to whittle down and focus tanks that would otherwise be nearly completely unkillable.

It wasn't OP at 6 points in live, it's not OP at 6 points here. We've moved beyond T2, let's move beyond T2 balance adjustments.

In case you guys have not noticed we are having a very dominant RDPS meta right now.
If you ever see a melee in an sc you can safely assume that he has a premade behind him.

RDPS in t3 is extremely strong since all classes have very low sustain, tanks not much cc, no odjira, no QE, no RD, etc.
I barely see any melee anymore. (Which I totally understand since it's extremely difficult to currently play one)
They are also useless during keep sieges when attacking or defending.

Now you are asking for buffs for THE RDPS class that has very good damage, a spammable heal debuff and more and better cc than most of the tanks. If anything RDPs in T3 needs to be tuned down.

The answers for you are on page 1, there is really not much else to say other then if you think you are being hard done by playing a sw i hate to imagine your thoughts while playing other rdps classes.

It's not a buff, it's a de-nerf.

Read the thread.

If it's an OP ability then adjust the ability, moving it deeper into the tree isn't fixing anything.

Its not the ability that is the problem, it's having the option to spend mastery points in another tree while having this ability in t3.
If you move it back to down in the tree than you can get SS, FA, EA again. I know FA has been nerfed (by 20% worst case) but it's far away from not being viable in combination with a heal debuff on the same character.

So move FA

There's no reason to nerf skirmish/assault builds for the sake of scout/skirmish """"""fairness""""""

I've played the Dreaded OP SS/FA build in live

It wasn't the game changing OP godmachine that you seem to think it was. It was a cheap trick that maybe netted me one KB per scenario. I changed back to skirmish/assault within a week because it was much better than relying on the odd three GCD kill with 5 GCD setup abilities and a 1 minute cooldown.

I never said that any of those classes are op. All I'm saying is that we are currently having a problem with RDPS - It's not just the SW. Literally all of destro DPS is ranged too in 90% of the SCs. (If not 100, not counting premades). SW is just king because they also have a very good cc toolkit.

While I promote build diversity and options spending mastery points, I don't think this is the time to revert the change without additional tuning.

It's a fact. I do SCs during primetime and during the last 3 days there was literally one mdps on destro side. (Dis on melee dok last night, the others were in a premade)
I did a fair share of SCs farming well over 200 emblems so the sample pool is quite high.

Anyway, that's not related to SW. If you think RDPS is not dominating the lakes and scs atm then you are playing a different game.
