I have never one shot anybody. I have been able to kill quickly with Vengeance, Festering Arrow, and Fell the Weak. That's three skills with a long cool down. Are we nerfing the complaint of the week, Is that what we are doing now?
Because that's what happened before, and it didn't work out so well. So tell me what class do you want me to play. Is this to be the Bright Wizard, Ironbreaker and Warrior Priest versus the Marauder, Sorcerer, Disciple of Khaine and Black Orc game that we ended up with before. If so, why even bother?

Cave-In had a 4 second duration and the core knockdown was always 3 seconds...Yyrd wrote:IB used to have 5 sec KD. as a side effect to the patch. it became 3. so order lost what it used to have.

That's not at all accurate. First, the Skirmish tree is not (was) not better than the Scout tree. You could argue that it's a matter of play style, but not better. Secondly, it's a nerf of a defining skill of the Scout tree rendering it ineffective. Festering Arrow has a 3 second cast; consequently, you are not likely to get two off against a player with even the most basic of RVR skills or overcome the ridiculous AOE healing in WAR. Lastly, there are a number of high damage skills available to other ranged classes that were left unmolested. People now in t3 expirienced one shooting pretty often.
I dont know why ppl complain about nerf so much. Insted of 4-4,9k fernster crits, they will do 3,5-4,2k. Still hardest hitting abbility in game. Are those numbers low for you? You can still fernster bomb if You want, but at least not one shoot(You need to use fell the weak to finish you target)
