10 secs hurts too bad, it needs to be at least long enough to be used out of sight in most situations, and you have to get to where you are going too. 20 seconds should be sufficient. This also may be sort of a subjective change, some people aren't going to like the whole "increased frequency, but less up time" philosophy or whatever you want to call it.

Witch Elves can be "overly" dangerous in a 3s time span, but only with the very, very best gear.
this i had about 8k hp on my rr80 sov shammy could just survive this sort of attack with detunt and bubble was left with 1000 to 2000hp one aa away from death thank god for KB but a smart WH would pop 7sec disrupt. from a wh post land of the dead gear

most time it was luck of the crit if the WH got a bad run with crit i lived if not it was over before i was out of melee range it was double edged sword run get killed be running dot (hope for a hot ticks) or stay still get smash by WH.
life or death in under 6 secs

but we t2 but we t2 you say from memory we won't be here for ever and what then the little adjustment u make here will be devastating as far as im aware the WE/WH on ror not that different from live i think they should be just like how then where on live.

When I was playing WH up to lvl 39 rr 50 or so on live I changed the build for exit wounds like this:

Basicaly defensive tank had 0 - 50 strenght after EW debuff so they miss all of theyr attack, while I tormented them down. Against healers toughnes debuff combined with incoming heal debuff was also GG.

I just had more succes with it than with BaL spec .-)

I just wanted to know what WH is capable off and I wanted to know how to counter him with my WE :-)

Little adjustment like not breaking stealth by single AOE spell will be devastating late in T4? Yes because now when you see WH or WE going in stelath all you have to do just spamming any of Your AOE spells, thats it. Thats single solution for all classes how to break them from stealth detaunt and kite away or kite them down.

Unless some new Bug came into the game, Stealth should not break anymore on untargeted AoE. Are you sure it does? Because i directly tested that myself and know it was well functioning. Tested pretty much everything regarding stealth and only Direct Attacks(also DoT applications or AAs) on a Spotted Stealther worked

az said he fixed it made it how it was on live wh/we had no problems there getting hit by a few aoes obviously u just can not swim through aoe it will knock u out sooner or later or u get spotted and hit with a DD spell
also if i went in to stealth and can see the enerme spamming id just let him go pic new target or wait it out behind a tree watch them swing the weapons at air its a long time pashens is the key to a WH/WE

Not quite sure what is meant by untargetable AoE.
Untargeted AoE = PBAoE like Flurry, Annihilate etc?

Because I've been unstealthed plenty by Detonate and Flame Arrow today alone :)

I think AoE abilities that also apply a DoT seem to always unstealth me.
