I've had the opportunity to run the dungeon a few times now. I've been using it to level my Mara and this is a really fun way to do that.

1. The length of time: ~30 minutes is perfect, it's accessible, easy to find people and the pacing is perfect
2. The design, I love how the dungeon folds onto itself and you see areas you were just in from a different perspective. It's also really pretty, with the experimental client and the lighting.
3. The boss mechanics are really fun, unique and build up in difficulty is perfect
4. I haven't done any of the quests yet because I was too low level so I'll come back when I've done them

Also, it's weird, Talli said there are no secrets in the dungeon, we found secrets in the dungeon... very weird

Maybe t4 mount token?.. As a delayed save of 100g.
Or hell, even t4 mount usable at CR30, why not.
That would be a strong incentive, maybe too strong. In theory the target audience should be lvl 20-low 30 characters.
If the mount were for only 15 days it would probably be more balanced.
I think that some blue talismans as a reward would probably be interesting enough for people, since they would get gear and talismans to use with it, without affecting too much people that craft talismans. Moreover, since you require two runs, you would be getting talismans for the full set and maybe some spares.
Alternatively, a weekly for a potion of acclaim, so that it would allow people to shift away from picking it as a reward from the RVR week.

A NPC selling low-level mounts would suffice
You can already get by without one by using flee few times
Gear and potions could use an overhaul as it forces you to leave the area

Maybe remove the invisible wall above the fence leading to 1st seal in SFP
All the others were well hidden, except for this one, due to that deceptive wall
In our endless searsh, found numerous off-map locations that seemed more suitable

Once again, the two dungeons are fantastic, great job

Edit : Hard mode is really fun
Everything seems to work, except on the last boss, puddles would OS people on cannons
Unless we missed something, we couldn't see if we had that beam on us while aiming wyverns

My suggestion is to treat any sub-level 40 gear dungeon like sewers/sac. Pick up the quest for each item and run it once for a full set. I don't think it's realistic that people will run this multiple times when you can farm pq's for an hour.

2 runs makes it useless for anyone needing the gear. You can get mayhem in an hour.

You cant even use the scroll until 25. You cant even see the quests until 25. The only way I'd ever farm it instead of mayhem is by running it early (late teens, early 20s).

Should just make it 1-run. 2nd-3rd-4th runs can give war tokens so you can progress your ruin and have a reason to keep going back.

Not to mention Mayhem set bonuses are better now. On par with devastator. Better than holdfast (now a dead set). And better than oathkeeper which doesnt come close to mayhem or devastator.

Just make it a level 40 dungeon that gives Onslaught armor.
