I like the Choppa changes overall (thank you!) but would suggest a consideration of the following.

1. Change the damage bonus on abilities between Frenzied and Berzerk. It never made sense to have the 75% dmg bonus in Frenzied. This will alleviate the balance issues with a Choppa that plays in Frenzy (Yellow).

2. Remove the -25% Resist/Armor from Frenzied since the higher hitting bonus has been moved to Berzerk.

3. Remove the Berzerk requirement from Furious Stompin. This ability helped Choppas get to Rage quicker in colliding conflicts (WB vs WB) and now it takes longer. Honestly, this change made no sense to me at all as I didn't think the ability was overperforming by any means. This would balance the ID contribution that Slayers get in collision fights as well.

Can wh get atleast 1 normal snare? WE now have free snare leap, snaring execute, her opener works on physicall skills instead magical wich is lot better for melle duels a lot, and on top you give her 150 wounds cutter as regular skill (wich is unthinkable instrument of burst). And you give WH 30ft weak spirit dot to equalize that? Atleast make it like wracking pains. Sorry but this is nonsense.

The warband leader marker UI changes have unfortunately caused auto roll settings to be reset. You can preserve the auto roll settings for all characters you haven't yet logged in by doing the following:

Open PowerShell in your Martyr's Square settings folder by right clicking the empty space and choosing "Open Powershell Here":

Team, as a dedicated WH DPS player you really messed up with the balance here. I don't understand why you separated stealth from the movement speed seal, especially when they no longer share a CD, and you did this in the same patch as you gave WH/WE a reliable slow with feinted positioning+ranged attack. This is going to make WH/WE much less kiteable in most small scale situations which is a huge issue imo. Now you can use vanish and speed boost separately without having to pick one of the other, and you can slow people at range very easily.

And needless to say this is also a massive buff for Regen WE which was flatly not needed.

This also combines with some other massive buffs, like crit dmg tactic now being baseline, baseline purge, and a 25% crit buff to Burn away lies, etc...

I think you went overboard here and I'm worried about there being so much backlash to this that dps wh/we get nerfed to oblivion in the future because this is going to be very oppressive in small scale

This is what manipulation looks like.
Talking about everything one side lost and everything the other side gained.
If someone doesn't know the classes, they will form a wrong opinion.
WL received similar/the same nefrs, e.g., arm pene tact. Exactly the same, but you only mention it for Mara.
Mara received some very interesting new solutions.
If you only play on one side, write about it and don't mislead others.

Rampage is very strong. I agree with that, but Choppa received some very interesting solutions. Less obvious, but they seem strong.

It obviously seems to be because they want WE/WH in more WB's. Now the two classes are slightly less able to both invis and flee at the same time. Not a buff for regen WE since the middle tree is less defensive now with the last enveloping shadows tactic gone and the buffs of the other two trees being more enticing. WH/WE needed to hit harder in their opposite damage fields magic/phys, and now they do. Also, the range patch is not here, so it's hard to say something won't be kite-able. I do however find sanctified/elixir to be oddly weak compared to the other two buffs for each class now. It needs something else besides one extra second, unless I'm missing something.
