It's not uncommon to see 3-4 people beat on them to no avail
They usually only survive being beaten on by 3-4 people because of other healers helping them out as well while kiting away, mind you. In solo, only a good player could actually outheal and kite away from 3-4 people being on him, but in SCs you usually see them perish if there's no other healers nearby to help out.

I hope this includes turrets as well. They're worse that daemons because of how often they hit.

plus 600 or so armor debuff really hurts atm

yeah probably, am and rp heals use the same colors so i guess your right

From my perspective they seemed to be mostly pet related.

Though most people and myself included probably have no idea how stealth mechanics actually work detection wise, Aside from "Higher Initiative help you see stealthed players". Does proximity to players have any kind of effect? Movement? Etc...?

I don't know how detection rate scales with ini but think your relative position comes into it as well - higher chance to be detected by someone at your back iirc.

R.E. pets, turrets/daemons used to carry on attacking you if you were stealthed but the difference was tht their attacks didn't unstealth you like they do atm. Would personally prefer they stopped completely tbh but not up to me :P Not as sure but think Lions stopped attacking completely and returned to owner, as someone else said.

A possible other problem (can anyone confirm/deny whether it was like this on live?) is that it seems atm if you enter stealth during an enemy's dmging cast, you take the dmg and are kicked out of stealth. I seem to remember if they managed to get into stealth while you were mid-cast, it stopped your cast (since you didn't have a target) - you had to time it right to stop em disappearing. As I said though, not 100% on this, just might be sth tht's making stealth seem worse/less dependable atm.

Praise baby Jesus! I'd say that should help a lot. Pets unstealthing me is a huge problem. Squigg pets especially that the owners just let run rampant around the entire map and chase you to death even once you escape the squigg are one of the main problems I face on my WH. I can't imagine how bad it is for WEs with engis.

The one other problem is that if you stealth with dots on you it used to just tick if they were applied before stealth and not take you out of it. At the moment they kick you from stealth.

I think you are wrong. I remember using my pull (mara) on WHs while they stealthed, and the pull worked (and they appeared in front of me after it).

Yeah this is currently a huge disadvantage to stealthers. An AM or Shammy can just DoT a stealthy the whole game and you would never get the chance to use your opener.

Just tried it on my local and it's not the case.

The act of applying a DoT counts as an attack for the purposes of breaking stealth, but the DoT ticks do not.

Pets will now lose sight of you if you're over 30ft away and stealthed.
