if you ingore a 20% armor from wep skill and opponen'ts have 20% armor this do not make = 0% armor
it's the 20% of that 20% so:
it's 20 : 100 x 20= 4% ---> 20% -4% = 16% damage reduction from armor.
I can offer my tank to test if you want i have 67-69% damage reduction from armor, with great number the % reduction should be easier to spot if it work.

What does this thread have to do with balance? I don't know where did you guys pin this all on here, but all I'm reporting is a stat that seems to not be calculated well - it looks a little broken and affects both sides.Telen wrote:Lets be honest though currently much of the balance is absolutely nothing like on live.
