U can make some changes very fast:

Remove from Engi that stupid M3 with 2400DMG or make it like tanks M1
Remove M2 because its very strong with new Engi dmg.

It's an alpha server. It's agile software development. It's tweaking all the time, rather than doing big (un)balance patches every six months like Mythic did.

You also have an insanely one-sided view.

You do realize that Unshakable Focus for Engineer is now +75% and doesn't stack with Improvised Upgrades? So they get +35% on top of +40% for a relative damage increase of 25%?

That would be a one-sided view though, which he doesn't have as he clearly plays both sides.
