Engi have terrible damage now, with 100500ft range and full control. Engi can kill u in any sitations with M3 for 2400dmg+1400armor debuff for 30sek.
Two Engi its 2400+2400 damage from 100500ft. U have full premade? Dont worry 2 Engi wait u.

Destro tanks (Chosen and Bork) had only one unique thing - Morales burst tactic. Now all have M4 like destro chosen and bork with morale burst tactic.
Now Engi can kill u every singe minutes with M3.
3 IB can kill all zerg with m4 every minutes with m4 (2400+2400+2400)
Traditionally, оrder have strong side like morale bomb, because 2kotbs with No Escape 1200+1200dmg and 2 other mdps 1200+1200 (WL 1800). Now, its every single minutes.

About Crit - Really not clear motives for reducing critical chance for a weapon and replace set's bonuse . This is one of the major opportunities to diversify the game scenario. Moreover there are many tactics of the characters, who are losing their relevance at a low crit chance. Reducing the chance to crit on weapons distorts the primary balance by the large number of classes.Niky wrote:#Crit.

About morales - Morales burst tactic is realy OP. At that time, when a collision occurs, it usually does not happen with morals, morals pumped from tanks Destro has absolute superiority, as to the M3 and M4 in the order, the order WB already dying unable to break through the defense of morality Destro tanks.
About Eng/Magus - It is so OP, I started playing engineer!

2. Have you played in a biggish fight in ORvR since the moral patch? I have M3 on cool-down with no morale pump easily. In ORvR I imagine that those pumping Morale often sit staring at it waiting for the cooldown. SCs ofc is a different issue.

About crit chances, only weapons' crit chances got reduced as far as I know, and it's on both sides, so didnt really create an unbalanced situation Imo. With the engies, after the last patches including engineer and turret range nerf, you can easily deal with them with a CW now(His main damage dot cds are 10 and 20, so cant reapply fast) and a nice burst from a Rdps, and if you are a mdps, hope you get a heal or you will most likely die but every Rdps can do that if you have no heal or guard so not OP, also Engineer can get a guaranteed kill with m3 yes, but most rdps can get a easy kill with m3 or m2(SH for ex). New morale gaining makes the gain doubled maybe at max, and since Chosen and BO have both this buff and a really strong morale tactic, they are even better and still unique I think, and you said 3 IB can kill all zerg with m4 every min ( the 2400 aoe damage one) , well Magus has exactly the same morale 4 so thats also not unbalanced, actually destro has morale pump shammies so its even easier to get the 2400 aoe damage m4 for dessies rather than order IBs.Niky wrote:#Crit.

You know, this is really quite upsetting.
The intent was to bring down Order crit stacking and to link the output of all morale pumps and drains to the morale scaler currently active, to balance pumps in small scale with new rates.
Guess why that wasn't done in the last patch? You got it. People were going to complain.
Now, apparently, even with a method which restores Age of Reckoning morale gain in ORvR, and the withholding of those changes to avoid complaints, you still want to whine. Absolutely classic. We can't win, can we?
For the people complaining about the here and now: think about it for more than one second, please. On live, you ended up with extremes of crit. Why do you think we're bringing crit down now? So that we have room to move, with future gear sets, to bring crit up to a standard that is not overpowered. This is our strategy and it won't change.

If I had switched to Age of Reckoning rules, opening up morale bombing and morale spam in small scale as well, your morale pump tactics would be even worse off, wouldn't they? As it is, those tactics are still OP in small scale and pending redress. As I see you in a group pumping ID, you know this full well.
I don't understand why you think you can whine about any mechanic that gets pushed more towards how it was on live. We get criticism for deviating from live, yet when we move more towards live, you complain anyway? You don't get to have it both ways. Because of this, you don't get to whine about what Ironbreakers or Engineers can do because the gain rate in large scale is the same as live. Get it through your skull. Same. As. Live. No. Right. To. Whine.
The only complaint you've got is that the range of Cannon Smash is now too long.
I have no comment to make about your last issue.
Now if you or anyone else wants to make a feedback topic, or elaborate on the above points, try doing so with a little more of a respectful attitude. You can check the recent patchnotes topic for Razid1987's post if you want to see what proper and useful feedback looks like.
