I'd love to see the Magus to be able to choose between the lower tier disks to create more diversity.
Other then that both Magus and Engi need some love on dps/survival department.
Dreadnari - Chosen
Chuckz - BlackOrc
Xalzius - Magus
Dreadclaw - White Lion
Boombastic - Engineer
Dobzse - Knight of the Blazing Sun

Not to be rude, but you're consistently diverging from the OT and making strawman accusations. Getting a bit boring.

I'd kinda like to see Rift not just as a RvR tool but also as a personal tool for the Magus to bring several players not just into the zerg's dangerzone ... but his own.
Magus PBOAE feels really strong and while the setup is long, it's rewarding because you're just drowned in numbers. Sadly, that works mostly only in PvE as by the time you've got things setup in PvP, you're dead. A bit more survivability or less clunk would help.

As for Changing ... having some thing uncleansable and maybe adding more debuffs to the skills ... Glean Magic already reduces Spirit Resist. What about Dissolving Mist reducing armor and the proposal of Seed of Chaos draining AP and, idk, IFoC causing more damage taken? Damage wouldn't have to be overcompensated because you bring a lot of neat (ranged!) debuffs.

Havoc could need some love in just having more oomph. It's a bit sad that Engines can spec into ST and Bugman's while a Magus is more less forced into Havoc/Changing to even deliver some ranged burst.

Next I'd probably like to see Warrior Priests get some treatment to be anything but backline healers.
And as for Zealots, some clean up of the trees. They're a goddamn mess and I feel DoKs shine partially more than Zealots because they have focused trees for their roles while the Zealot trees are ST/H(D)oT/AoE and create a lot of bloat and wasted points.

Where did I attack you in the single line I wrote? I got the vibe that you think most IBs play "the wrong spec" and the class would be better if everybody ran yours. To which I wanted to say that many guilds tried your spec. I didn't mean to attack you
#2 No where did i say you'd do more damage than a SM. I said comparable/on par.
I know what you said. And I am telling you it's not comparable. I am talking strict single target. You can feel free to not believe me, it does not really matter.
#3 Not every comp has a WL... If you bring a WL, you need SM not for damage but for covering the slayer's heal debuff against 2 dok. So this argument is bs...
I would bring a WL because I consider WL + Slayer to be the best Dps duo. A slayer can and should be able to cover his own healdebuff

Some needs to explain this to me, how is higher tiers of gear gonna to change class balance? Every gear set for each class has the exact same stat distribution and the only thing that changes is procs or non stat related set bonuses and potentially hitting softcaps for certain stats allowing you to branch out into secondary power stats or defense. But the latter being something that every class will do so those gaps won't just vanish.

Yeah like all of thread is fun now, you all now repeating same stuff over and over again whining about every good you have , even you got a vid how to kill in one rotation and still whining.

The most underpowerd classes in this game always were SM, Mara, SH, AM/Shammy, RP(DD), WP(Wrath), WL(tacts and stupid pet) and Sorcs(compare to BW), Choppas (compare to slayer)

so lack of +crit tali armor and stats on warlord sov sets, 70rr weps from sc, working quick escape, tovl juw, ojira, pots for +crit and so one don't change anything shure.

At the end of the game Zealots and RP's were very powerful and commonly utilized in premades. It wasn't until Sov gear when Zealots/RP received the +AP recovery as a set bonus and increased x% HP/WP and the 8pc which was a bonus to Crit Heal chance. You could easily stack more wounds/armor talis and still have a very respectable heal output along with strong survivability with this set. Now the game is at a state where you have to decide if you want to Heal your group effectively or be tanky and survive an assist train but likely be inferior at healing where as WP/DOK don't have to worry about either of those problems.

Up until that point unless you were high enough/lucky enough to have Warlord/DP pieces to get the Meta of both the sets combined you were basically undergeared and significantly weaker than the other healers (This is circa like 2010) which is way ahead of the state this server is in currently. Fulkan was saying the RP/Z didn't truly begin to flourish until we received Defensive stat Bonuses (80Wounds/Tough, which is HUGE) with Increased AP/Heal Crit/Martyr Proc from sovereign. Also Soverign had GOOD %Bonuses (Ala disrupt/etc) that were more than plentiful per piece.
Formerly Delita Hyral, Zalmo Resnada, Zazie TheBeast, and Ninesevensix Evil of Badlands/Iron Rock/Gorfang/Red Eye Mountain.

So basically they just needed an overpowered set bonus to be good. And that would also mean healers like DoK got a shitty one that somehow drug them down to Zealots level?

I don't really see how survivability would make or break the class, if DoK is superior now in survive than it would be just as superior at RR80 no? It's not like there is a threshold you hit pre softcap where stacking defense becomes pointless? And even with full SoV I really doubt you are softcapping both your healing and def stats.

completely disregard the fact that to kill someone in 'one rotation' requires all the stars to align, several buffs and debuffs, and about 6-7 seconds being stationary xDDD

the fact that you think a mara, sh and sorc are in more dire need of buffs says it all. keep making those dd zealot videos fam!
