I don't think most of the people would leave because most of us already had a full wipe when live servers were closed and here we are. This is a fact.

Farm the gear it's easy if you know how to do it. Just don't play for loot. Play for fun.

Sooner the full wipe is, less the people leaving. Another fact.

Become a T4 player takes less than a week or a played of 16 hours.

The point of a full wipe is to reset de DB's from characters and re-balance the server.

While I dont see thge point of a wipe if no major exploits happen I would not mind it that much even though it would suck :D

One of the things I love about RoR is that I can experiment with different classes and both factions and take my time leveling up alts. I have 4 toons at rank 40 and rr40. That's kind of my finishing line right now. I will advance them forward after I rank up my 5th toon to 40/40. Or maybe I'll rank up a 6th, IDK, lol.. I feel like because I'm not being charged a sub I can just take my time and experience the different classes, and boy am I having fun doing so. On live of course I felt like I had to keep my main two toons in top gear at all times and had to chase the rr100 dream, which I did finally for one and left the other at rr84. Here I feel it's easier to rank up, and am more casual about taking my time and smelling the roses. Sometimes I feel like playing this toon, sometimes that toon, etc. There's no rush. So a wipe I feel would be a bit of a shame, but I could I suppose just resume the process. Still, it would for a time be a bit of a bummer. I'd probably take a break from the game for a while and then dive back into it again.

What percentage of live players plays RoR ? Also, a number of players who played WAR on live quited long before it was taken down, so the break for them was long and a long break serves well to renew your interest about something. Anyway, RyanMakara clarified and a full wipe is highly unlikely.

Our order alliance group were discussing this the other day while servers were down and to be honest we were rather nonplussed at the idea of a reset if that helps the developers stabalise the server and sort problems out, We even joked that we'd make a full premade WB up[ of lvl 1 characters, and storm into RVR  The idea actually generated some excitement and I,m now curious whether we should do it regardless!

However, we hope do not need a full wipe.
If it should be necessary to prevent precisely with a sort of saving a part of the database.
....in case if possible.

A minimun could be 1, 2, 3 or all that the circunstances make necessary. The question is if we will be prepared to find when the circunstances are making the wipe needed. I assume the players are. Are the devs? Do the devs know if the players are prepared? How do they know? Why do they know it? Why must they know it?

The answers to this questions are the point of the post, imo.

First of all; who wants a full wipe probably T1-T2 casual player and "definetly" trolling.

Secondly; the problems we facing right now in not about the database, it's about network safety.

Full wipe = End of RoR

So you lost something and want full wipe for everyone ? Good luck.
I'm not against wipes.
Devs can do full wipe and I can drop this game until stable beta state.
