SL should have its cooldown at least doubled. Having that short a cooldown on something that strong is quite frankly retarded.

Let's leave talk of nerfs for another sub forum. It's pretty pointless to even consider until more people are fully geared.

slayer is not even close to be OP right now and Skavenslayer does clearly not "outperform" any other tree. whoever thinks so is stubborn and lacks ingame playtime or has a pug PoV. the slayer is whether hard to kill nor does he deal too much damage. as soon as he gets pressured he has to drop rage and is forced to kite if he doesn't want to explode. nevermind if he has 2 healer and guard. he IS the easiest to kill mdps order has. against pugs even an engineer performs well but i am honestly saying that the groups which includes a slayer are the easiest to beat for us. shatter limbs might be annoying and is clearly an insanely good ability but without it the slayer would deliver close to nothing besides some fluff aoe dmg when compared to other mdps.

oh and since chop faster got mentioned: it is as strong as SL not only for infernal wave spam! for example: mrd and dok do profit so much from it, it's crazy ;)

anywayi think shatter limbs is not balanced at all with that CD, every 20 seconds, 10 seconds cd increaseto enemys for 10 seconds? not seems fair at all

IMO slayers are just dead meat against above average groups. You cant really kite against marauders and you dont have any escape mechanisms that help you after the pull. So you are just dead in most cases.

But I think that's a general issue right know. The TTK at the moment feels ridiculous low, on both ends.

I would play slayer so i could prove how insane it is, but my guild leader is afriad that i will make him look very bad, so i am forced to play my DoK.

When the 2h slayer/choppa performance is discussed, imo it should be measured by the only other 2h single target mDD that we have, the WL.
Not only are the slayer/choppa far more squishy when going full damage mode on 2h (thoughness self-debuff through tactic, initiative self-debuff, class mechanic, middle path crit tactic), but i doubt also that, even when he goes full squishie, he can do crucially more frontloaded (and reliable) burst damage than a WL.
