u are all mainly order players. u should better look for ur kotbs that can solo any mdps or rdps destro class, wp, bw, am. this are all godmode classes in terms ov 1vs1.destro never had mirrors iqual in power.
and mara got lowest outcomin mdps of all 3 destro mdps classes. mara is a debuffer, a clown without burst. he can assist, but cant do much on its own. gankin noobs - yes. so leave mara alone.
all he can do is pool, cnock and flee to wc. btw pool can be buged by jumpin.

Looking back over my previous posts, they may have come across as somewhat negative. I did not mean to be like that, but may have been perceived as such purely because I'm passionate about the WL.
I think the WL is in a pretty decent shape and capable of fulfilling its role, which I believe to be one of a mobile single-target assassin that gets into backlines, takes out some clothies through strong single-target burst and then rapidly gets out again.
However, in many ways it compares unfavourably to the Marauder. Whether this necessitates a nerf to the Marauder or a buff to the WL, no-one can say until we have a stable T4 environment and everyone can judge how big the gap is between these classes, and other classes in general.
However, looking at the abilities on paper it is clear that there is a gap between them, as well as a number of weaknesses that a WL would benefit from having addressed.
- Tactics: many of these are PVE focussed ("Stalker" and "Threatening Distraction") or don't add anything useful ("Full Grown")
- AOE: the WL lacks AOE abilities and thus does not generally gets a spot in an organised WB. Now, personally I am fine with that as I think a WL should be focussed on single-target, and there's enough AOE in the game which promotes nothing but zergs. Therefore, I would promote to retain this as it is, as the meta of the game may change again like in the latter days of Live when ST assist trains became more visible in oRvR.
The biggest problem with the WL, as it currently stands, is its pet. The pet can be seen as the class mechanic, but when its mechanic becomes a liability rather than an asset, there is something inherently wrong with it.
It's pathing is often erroneous, if it gets killed you lose too much damage and all your CC (and, yes, you can counter by slotting "Revenge!", but no class should be forced to slot a tactic to counter a defective mechanic), too much CC is linked to the pet, it dies too easily in random AOE fights, it's at times unresponsive, etc, etc.
Fixing the pet would go a long way to minimise many of the grievances WL players have, follow that up by a review of a handful tactics to promote some more build diversity and finally balance the WL and Mara against each other and you'll be in a good space.

Ap issues were the biggest thorn in WL's side back on live; after burst rotation, WL becomes meh for sustained dmg which is why 2 x slayer always trumped it. Agree with everything mentioned above.
