If the armor vallues would normal wich they currently are not, stacking ws would be far more impotant. But everyone being almoast a armor class lower then they should making STR/Melee power better. I havn't done any math on it. But tanks being at 65% base mitigration from armor is a good example how bad armor is atm. Also good armor talismans on Destruction are extremly expensive. 300g for lvl 24 ones meaning moast casual players arn't gonna afford em to make up the massive armor loss of having gear with armor vallues of 7-9 lvls lower then optimal.
