Chop Fasta does not only counter SL for 20s, it also prevents many orderclasses from doing dmg and healdebuffing. Applying a necessary dot does no dmg most of the time, ignite boiling blood, sw dots, engi dots, onslaught SL to name some. This prevents dmg because gcds are wasted into op dok cleanse or st cleanse ( nice synergy with sham).
With a ttk like we have it atm and the inability for order to hd and pressure within the 20s I would say the cd of 2 mins is justified due to its long duration.
That has to be one of the worse comparisons i have ever seen, chop faster - 2 min cooldown, can be shattered, affects only your group, in one of the worse mastery path of any class, means u lose the hardest hitting dot/heal debuff or heal debuff/self heal. Shatter limbs - 20 sec cooldown, can hit as many targets as you have infront of you not just the group with a choppa with chop fasta (as if any worthwhile choppa would actually spec that anyway), in the most important mastery tree for slayers, even when cleansed it increases your cleanse cooldown to 10 secs, not to mention with a ww sm even tho 90% of sm's are 2h ED spec you can get sl to 15 sec cooldown.
Also i think ppl need to remember that 90% of the time these imbalances in skills between order and destro wont win you the fight, experience, know how and simply being a better player will win you the fight but the advantages are there in most cases for you to be more successful with the optimal order group then you would be as destro.
The comments by some "i played destro on live we use to siege altdorf 5 times a day" " on live order always lost" "i get more renown/xp playing destro then order" etc etc dont mean ****, especially when the ppl who make these comments very rarely ever play in a competitive environment and when they do so never look at what group synergy you could have and rather just spec 1 way and stick with it.
Again idk why rampage is even being mentioned, all its worth is a few ticks of id on tanks and mdps, and you cant even spec both right now anyways. I once use to think it was amazing, until i learnt my lesson and just used it as a quick rage drop when in trouble or to finish off the tank after you have wiped the rest.
Maras..well i dont think anyone could complain if TE was just removed it would also give wl's something to shout about having the only st pull(as bad as it is), PB was bugged on live no ? so there is a slight nerf to damage already and monstro needs to be looked at, its to easy to spam demolition when in trouble and become a tank.
