Re: purged for saying aion has a higher skillcap than wow

That's like saying a snail is faster than a turtle. False and ridiculous: both are slow. Trolls please, get out.

Re: Back to war Norn/Azgal/Burlok

Welcome back Feyz! It's goot to see and old foe comming back.

Your nick rings a bell, tho with my bad memory that's a god damn miracle.
Back on live i was a 2h WP wannabe dps, same name as here: Agiond Krupt.

I'll see you on the battlefield!

Re: 2H and s/b tanks - defence/dps comparison

Holy crap that's a lot to read in only one night.

First of all, nice maths. It's good to see someone comming with numbers to show that 2H tanks are viable.
Just as a side note: I don't know if it has changed in RoR, but on live the "main" stat for dps tanks wasn't strength, it was weapon skill ...

Re: [Warrior Priest] Making Wrath viable

DoK has a lot of damage options that we don't and combat utility. Burning AP from their enemy, debuffing parry, ... a mdps without action points will deal no damage. That's something a WP has no option to do.
But they don't need to be mirrors, it's the overall efficiency that should be balanced ...

Re: [Warrior Priest] Making Wrath viable

My apologies then, i was talking from memory. My WP is still on early T2 so i still don't have access to those tactics.

Thanks for your clarification.

Tho part of my point still stands: We need a damage boost on Wrath path, and only on it. Boosting Grace's damage would make melee WP a god damn OP ...

Re: [Warrior Priest] Making Wrath viable

Just a little question: Why would we want to spec Wrath into a debuffer instead of giving it more damage?

Salvation = casting healer
Grace = melee healer (with mediocre damage)
Wrath = melee dps (still mediocre damage)

So... why are we afraid for asking Wrath to have more damage? We are still ...

Re: [Warrior Priest] Making Wrath viable

Dabbart, the main use of a dps WP on RvR is... was (all my experience comes from War, not RoR, tho they are damn similar, tho i hope RoR changes most things War did wrong), to kill squishy marauders and witch elfs that come too close to your true healers, having Divine Assault to quickly raise their ...

Re: [Warrior Priest] Making Wrath viable

Personally i think that what DPS Wrath WP need is a reliable source of damage, not extra damage on certain conditions, plus reworked tactics, because what we have right now is quite ridicolous.

So i mostly agree with what Ramasee proposes, but i'd like to change a couple of things:

1: Hammer of ...

Re: What's the future for ROR

Thats what they did on live, increased the level brackets for T1/T2/T3, which reduced T4 bracket, then implemented bolster, removed RVR servers with T4s entering T3(T4 campaign related) Made atleast T1/T2/T3 gear easier obtainable.

And it made the game worse.

There is only 4 things that i can ...

Re: What's the future for ROR

Maybe you got lucky and had a Fortress siege on 4 a.m. so it was playable, but on prime time it was impossible. Just too many people on a bad optimized game. Warhammer Online was a game too advanced for the year it was released, and some optimization pre-launch wouldn't hurt either.

I agree that ...
