Yeah exactly - because in context of combat you have contested crit chance algorithm, so there's no true 0 from the tool tip (it compares their crit chance against your crit reduction/initiative etc). I think he meant if it's possible to still acquire the item in game. If so, sure is. It drops from the City Dungeons - crypts etc. Can take the quest for 4 boss kills or get lucky and it drops after killing one of them.

Just a quick question regarding the Runepriests' scenario weapons.

The blue "Apostle's Runestaff of Glory" has +2% reduction in being critically hit whereas the 1200 emblem upgrade purple "Apostle's Runestaff of Reverence" doesn't have that stat. What's weird is in the armoury on the RoR ...
