unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)

Hello,

So i got this problem which i think many people are troubling with aswell ( in other games ) when i press Connect i get this message : Unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).I have tried all the solutions from trying to download dll. files plus a file that is 350mb that fixes everything but it didnt work with me aswell. My system is windows 8.1 (64bits)

Any new suggestions would be helpfull.

update : i just formatted my PC and it worked!
