Class with the highest skill cap?

Which class or if you would like archetype in this game has the highest skill ceiling? As in, theoretically you had a player with a perfect skill set and understanding of the game, which class would he be able to get the most out of compared to the average player. This doesn't necessarily mean which class he would have the most impact overall on, just which class would it be most apparent that they are above and beyond the rest in terms of what they are able to do with that class.

I think its either shammy/am or zel/runie?

I know that sham/am are pretty difficult to play well or to their full potential

I was thinking tanks as well, the IB/BG mechanic not using a GCD opens up a neat things, but I feel like IB has a lot more relevant buffs they can do for the oath friend target compared to BG, specifically runic shield and oathbound. BG really only has toughness/str buffs that get drowned out in chosen auras or other buffs/potions in terms of what they can do via their version of oath friend.

Punt is also the only real "skill shot" I can think of in the game, or at least that is going to have a big impact on a fight.

Yea, in theory BG (and IB) is the best tanks in the game.

runic shield is probably the worst skill ingame and i would rather push the skill dmg of earthshatter than wasting a mp for rs. also str and toughness buff are provided by kobs, armor by wp. my post was regarded to their cc and overall impact on a battlefield. a decent bg/ib can outplay groups all alone. therefor the cc, the timing i.e. to know when he can go for outgoing and when he has to be in range for guard range/swaps and a lot more is required.

well it costs 30% of your total grudge and a gcd to ward 2 dot ticks and 1 direct hit. simply not worth it especially since you wont run rising anger most of the time. i think hold the line is way more useful than RS will ever be.
