My mouse stops working :(

Hey guys, I found the server thanks to my guild, I never played Age of Reckoning before.

So I downloaded the game, got the directx 9 2010, got the launcher for the server, but every time I open the launcher my mouse stops working. I need to alt+F4 the launcher, hit Control+Alt+Delete, and then I can use my mouse again. I am running the launcher as administrator and added it as an exception in the firewall/antivirus

I'm on windows 7, 64 bits, I don't know much what else to tell you. Thanks in advance!

Lol. Any probgram for your mouse? If not try get it if not help run this program as admin too. Mb it's help :?

Nope, no programs, it's a regular genius USB mouse thingie, and I tried running as admin. Even closed the rainmeter because I believe that was giving me problems.

I have solved it! :D

It was a long shot, but I went to control panel->Mouse and turned off the shadows of the cursor icons. Now it works! :D YIPPIE! :3
