Error message when launching

Hey.
I've got error message when I log into account and trying to run a game.. There's writing that I miss d3dx9_34.dll
What does it mean ?
yes yes.. I tried to run ROR as a admin too.. don't helped..

Download DirectX 9, step 6 of the DL instructions

but I will need to delete DirectX11 ?

Nope. Just go to this page, and update DirectX.
