Yes the have done an amazing job thus far, there are still some bugs and class balances that need be taken care of, but im sure they have multiple things on there plates and PvE isn't really one of them.

Indead, those who played RoR when this server just started can see what a titanic work was made by devs. From the times when we had only t1 and the only not broken thing was autoattack (still had to right click on a target to activate it) to t3 with 99% working pvp and craft. They even improved the game by returning rvr guards and reverting some **** from live like resource carriers :)
