Ok can someone tell use the career builder to link me a heal and dps renown and talent build? And tell me what talismans to use in slots for each.

Can someone plz give me a little guidance here.

Asking for help doesnt work, what you gotta do is post a random wrong one so people foam out of their mouths and rush to correct you.

very healing oriented, full wp gemmed because few heal crits (i know some people scream about that, but i don't care what others think). You can gemm in full armor, but it won't help you against the amount of BW on the order side.
For renown, i use this:

Once again, willpower, but you can trade with toughtness (i probably will do that too)

I dot not advise you init, the ratio is too low to reduce crit sadly
Toughness is probably more interesting

You dont spec Initiative to reduce your chance to be crit, you spec it to counter initiative debuffs.

Ran several tests on initiative at level 26 (havent done it yet at 31 though). A SM/BO can debuff your initiative (at 26) up to 81 points. I tested it on a lvl 26 Mara and his initiative was debuffed to around 10, with a chance to be crit of 300%. Not sure how it is at level 31 but i guess the initiative debuff is still fairly powerful. However, as i said, i havent tested the initiative debuff yet at level 31.

If the initiative debuff is still fairly powerful, then you could run with a Zealot buffing your initiative. In this case then i would use those Renown points on something else (maybe toughness as you said). In the end, when playing a healer you need to focus on being tanky and stayinig alive. As a guildie told us the other day, "you can't use your 800+ willpower when you are dead".

I suggest using this calculator to find out how much initiative you actually need (consider a 50-80 debuff to make it safe). I guess a 18-20% chance to be crit is OK.
