Healing skills of NON-healing classes .(How they work?)

Hello guys ,wonna ask not "SUGGESTING" - just curios how they work , and i am talking not about skills like
(vampiric type) Do damage and you will be healed on X or regain Y% of dealt damage;
(hots-Heal over time effects)
Skills:
SwordMaster \ Black Orc - Recover HP,Restore HP
IronBreaker \ Black Guard - Regain HP \ Recovering HP
Slayer \ Choppa - Regain HP
Marauder \ White lion - Restoring HP
Knight of blazing sun \Chosen -Regain HP \ Healing HP

1)All of them work the same ?;
2)Not one of them didnt scale from willpower?;
3)How they can be CRITICAL - they scaling from MELEE crit or Healing crit?

(couz combat log of addons shows -its like +25HP+25HP+25HP+25HP+25HP+38HP++25HP+38HP)
Ofc solo without any others auras or buffs.

you forgot the engi keg :p

on live "Grumble an' Mutter" (IB) scaled with willpower and healing crit (was easy to test since IB has the insane WP-buff "Inspiring Attack")
i'm pretty sure it is the same for the engi keg

From a Swordmaster point of view, they never got anything from Willpower with their heals under the Hoeth tree. Believe me I tried, as I really liked the idea of them enabling to not only help the healers in tight spots but increase team survivablity. Also as I recall crit was never taken into consideration for them either, which was a joke in itself. Sure it was the same for the White Lion heal for his Lion, when I spent time on that on live servers.

I agree with Satori regarding the Engineer (never played IB too far), pretty sure I remember I heard someone on live saying they found Willpower helped their keg, though not enough to go madly stacking Willpower. As for how close RoR is to live, only one man can tell you I'm sure.

no, I was TALKING about Scales - how to make them to do a CRITs - so I need stuck HEAL critical chance or MELEE.
That's -was my MAIN question.
Because KOBTS +15% incoming heal tactic -works on that REGAIN part.
