need help downloading

Getting this when I try to run the rorlauncher, I used the torrent to download and installed the launcher and put it in the folder, also when I run the warpatcher I get this error...

Please ensure the game isn't already running and that there is enough free space" or something like that, but the game isn't running and I have tons of free space
