how to use Mastery Abilities ?

hi can anyone help me how can i use the mastery abilities like "Poison Arrer" from the picture http://www.directupload.net/file/d/4153 ... eu_jpg.htm

You have to actually click in the ability or tactic if u want to spec into it. A hint should have been that u specced up that night and didn't get any of the other abilities or tactics.

you need to spend 1 point to get the acctual abilty its self

for example poision arrer is a 9 pt ability so you really need 10 pts so use 9 to reach the abilty and then click on the accutal ability its self and you will use up one mastery point to get the ability
