I'm falling and can't use stuck/book of binding

I'm Blocked at elfs i am falling and can't do anything, tried to relog use /stuck a lot of times. Pls help

can you take a scenario? then book once inside.
Word of Pain and Boiling Blood are no longer able to proc anything. The Bright Wizard College has confirmed this is a big deal. (stealth nerf)

If you're lucky you can jump away from that position with the &jump command in /say chat.Worked for me mostly.
