Talisman question

ok,so i bought 19 str talisman on ah for aproximately 20 g and socketed it into T2 chaos influence epic gloves.After socketing it says it is 14 str talisman

hmmm
can any1 explain

Ya. that's weird. Was there a +14 in them to start with? If yes, did you try to /reloadui or log out and back in? I know slotting talis is buggy and you may need to log to fix it.

If it let's ya slot it, I doubt that it gets devalued like that. More likely, gloves had +14 on it already and you could not put the tali in because of the level or it bugged out
