How is WL in games current stage

Hello to everyone. An old WAR player's writing.
Just wanted to ask you guys hows WL in this game stage? I saw that pet is bugged even more and not always follows commands.I mean pet is more bugged than the original game. Also I can't figure it out does auto attack working because for some of the builds its important....If I am missing something, please light me up.
Thanks in advance.

BTW: congrats to DEV for resurrecting the best PvP/RvR game :)

Maybe not all around as effective as mara and in group play (especially in later tiers) not as good as slayers but a hell lot of fun for sure. They have brutal burst and are super mobile. If you can adapt to the buggy pet which goes missing all of the time and dies when someone looks at it the wrong way you gonna have a lot of fun.

The class is simultaneously both op and up

Late game that class is bad cause it's mastery tree organization is a mess and the class has no incoming hdebuff like all other mdps do

But it also has one of the best bursts in the game and pounce is a **** all broken ability because it functions as both a gap closer and an escape mechanism that has no cd and gives a level of mobility that other no class in this game has

Well see what happens down the line if an when this class is buffed

Problematical actually.

If you use pounce right before someone enters the keep, you teleport inside the keep with your victim and end up being slaughtered. You should just stay outside the gate if such thing were to occur.

Really, really squishy with a pet that's really, really, REALLY squishy.

The burst is great if your pet is alive, almost as good as a BW/Sorc on high Dhar/Combustion but if they spec pounce the WL is probably the hardest class to heal or guard due to its unpredictable mobility.

If a WL can't burst its target down (or even if it can) it needs to get out of dodge immediately. It certainly can't hang around waiting for reinforcements like a its half-mirror the mara.

Think of the WL like a melee single-target Sorc with high mobility and a pet that only lives if the other side doesn't use any AOE abilities.

Dont listen to Bignusty. He is a Troll. Saying too that WL is much better than Marauder atm hehe.
When pet is working they can have very good burst in the short run but than they have AP problems.
But the main problem is the pet. Due the bugged pet many skills are kinda broken like KD and in future frenzy etc..
In big fights the pet is almost everytime dead due the AE. I hope they can fix pet before T3. That should have a priority aswell.
