Ticket support not working

Good morning, in the last two months I've been unable to access the Ticket Support section.

While I can correctly log in the game and the forum, access to Ticket Support seems to be bugged: as I fill my nickname and password, nothing happens, and the system requires me to access once more, and once more.
In poor words, I can't access the Support by using my data.

Anyone with the same problem?

I submitted a ticket 4 or 5 months ago, and yesterday I tried to log in to see if there was a response, but I couldn't.
