list of patch notes?

Hi all , I'm a returning player, having nearly 4 years off so much has changed....
but i cant find a history of patch notes i can read to give me an idea of what has changed under the bonnet ect.

is there a place i can read all previous patch notes?

Sadly there is only the News Forum:

A lot happened in the past 4 years some good changes but some bad changes too...

Maybe someone is willing to collect all changes in one file/list so we have a proper patch history.
