Dok's and WP's

I would love to see melee scale from Willpower and returning of hitting 3 targets on consume essence and wp equivalent .
Think it would a decent change,so one could go healer for dungeon,warband by switching weapons and tactics and not as current visiting a career trainer for saved respec going to vault for other armor and weapons and redoing tactics...a quality of life,and given the hardships the shieldbearing kind has had,not a far stretch to think they ´hurt you with sheer force of will.
