Skill has no effect but still goes on cooldown.

You can see me pressing A1 and Frenzies disappearing and Animation of the attack, but no dmg yet cooldown. Why does this happen in RoR? This happens for ranged chars all the time. For Melee its a bit more rare but it does happen, never happened live. Can someone explain why and how? Yes target dying obviously but if target is dead same moment i use ability it shouldnt fire.

I have tried to, and succeeded in spamming 2-3 abilities at same time on target dummies and getting cooldown on 2 abilities at the same time but obviously only 1 of the abilities happen, and its not Ui bug. It shouldnt be this easy to break

Bumping this because i dont know why this happens but i really want to. Is it because now there is no timestamping? meaning that when you use Word of pain or Bal on enemy, Bal will get Flanking 15% Dmg extra if flanking is slotted. Because the conditions on you and target when the buff or debuff is used, is the only checking Timestamping did, now it constantly does checks and breaks combat.

Or is it the 1.5s gcd? really : D DIdnt happen live or RoR when gcd was 1.15s

It's the same with all single target channels.
If you spam press a channel and an instant at roughly the same time, the channel sometimes do not go off, but it induces the CD.
Believe there is still an open bug report on this on the tracker, but feel free to report it.
