Look at In the Order faction, next to the healer user's mark, there is a small arrow symbol. What does it mean? It feels like it's indicating a DPS role. How do you set that up? https://imgur.com/a/4GOvKRF

Yes, it indicates that the healer is dps specced.

What do you mean by setting it up? The arrow just appear if the specc you run is deemed a dps one.
