New to RoR, two questions

Hi, I'm new to this game, just started playing and would like to ask two questions.

1. Is there a way to just use button modifier for example "Alt" to cast heal on myself without changing target or doing unnecessary bullshit ?
2. Is there a way for help/harm mechanic through macro for example, one button damaging and healing abilities depending on modifier/target ?

1. Not as far as I know. I use target self bind -> cast heal.
2. Unfortunately no. RoR targeting system works different anyway compared to what you probably been used to since in RoR you have both friendly and enemy target at the same time.
