Why when i level up i already get the new skills that i was supposed to purchase ?

Black Friday ? You still neded to purchase renown skills I suppose

if you mean class abilities, you just get them for free when you level up to the appropriate level of the ability on this server. no need to visit a class trainer and purchase them like in the old days. however you get mastery and renown points which you can spend at the trainer.
