Leader mark's and more

Hello

Playing a lot in scenarios, I realize over time that few players make groups to be able to have fun.
I think this new reward for public warband leaders is a good thing and should be expanded.

The scenarios can easily be summed up as a full farm of unorganized players who want to increase their warcrest numbers faster than in open RvR.
And it becomes boring.
A reward similar to the one introduced for warband leaders should be found to stimulate players to create groups in a scenario.

I'm one of the few players who spends his time looking for a hard win and this current system is completely horrible. It's not fun for anyone.

I'm not criticizing anyone, but when there is a group that is organized and it dies once, most of them prefer to stay at the warcamp and stop playing because they don't want to show + 2 deaths in the game statistics. I understand that sometimes despite being in a group the composition of the 2nd group is a lot and that it is at times impossible to be able to compete in certain fights, nevertheless it becomes a habit. In addition, there are often scenarios that pop with 2 allied premades versus 1 and people abuse them. It is time for this kind of mentality to be erased from the community.

I understand that we have a small community of players and that it's almost impossible to optimize matchmaking properly.

I think that pushing people to create groups to join scenarios is a much better thing than looking for solutions to the current matchmaking.

I would like GMs to apply themselves to changing people's mentality by stimulating them through rewards to get together with other players to make the game enjoyable for everyone.

For people who want to join single-player scenarios, and who complain about matchmaking while taking a step back, they don't belong in a game like this.
It is an MMO and by definition, it is based on player interaction.
And unfortunately, by encouraging players to go for open bands of 24+ it is counterproductive.
People join a warband, follow the leader, don't evolve in their gameplay because it's just spam, and don't even bother to make "friends" to be able to play against other groups of players.

Anyway, I tried to convey my feelings to you in a few lines, without writing too much. Sorry for my English which is sometimes not correct, but I hope I make myself understood easily.

People mistakenly think the scenario issue is a matchmaking problem. It is not. It is a design problem.

There used to be more scenarios that were more forgiving of groups or PUGS that were facing a strong premade. This included things such as more spread out objectives, safe areas to regroup and get a better feel for how to engage more effectively and guards that could punish trolly premades (and occasionally spark a comeback).

The devs who were in charge of SCs for the past few years opted instead to remove those design elements in favor of a murder box design (i.e. fight and die). They clearly have a philosophy that is at odds with how most the playerbase (and general human nature) actually works.

Then they added "surrender" as a solution for getting farmed due to their ill-advised changes and ironically just taught everyone to give up faster.
