RVR population balance suggestion

Every aao% buff a stat increase of a smaller army or decrease/Nerf of a larger army.

For example, 30% aao, the smaller army gets 30%+ of DPS, HEALING and PROTECTION

Or

Decrease/Nerf the larger army: 30% of DMG, healing and protection
