Double Renown Gain Book And Level Locking Book

I was just wondering if the double renown and exp locking books are going to be put into the game sometime, or if there is a reason they are left out of the game

I imagine they are left out because you are only going to level 20 and renown 30. Both easily attainable without books or anything else.

Theirs no need for them, they were added b/c of the massive power creep of t4

Right now rr has no use and level 20 is not hard to reach therefore no need for the books

I don't know what's it like in WAR, but in WoW twink characters take all the fun out of pvping during the leveling phase. Simply because they are so much more powerful compared to the average character. I always hated this, to be honest.

Edit: Then again, maybe it isn't like that in WAR and those toons aren't too imbalanced, like I said I don't really know.

Those books were only implemented due to the huge imbalance between a rr70- character vs a rr100 in T4.

If i'm not mistaken, RoR won't go past rr80. So there is no need to ever have those books.

Renown book not needed a level lock book i could see some use for be it not locking you at max level for that tier so you dont see supa twinks and is more used for helpng friends, guild members or some sort of event but its not important at all so prolly never gona happen.

Do a level locking book that caps you at a 1-2 level penalty behind whatever the zone cap is. Also have it double your renown gains, and automatically unlock when your renown is capped.

The only good reason to stay locked is to catch up in RR, imo. The rest of it is just twinking and wrecking new players who haven't had the time and resources to farm for best-in-tier gear. That should be discouraged as it creates an unfavorable game environment.

But you dont need that because of how the pace of RoR is progressing so after each level cap rasie you have ample time to reach new lvl cap and rr rank
