Several months ago we identified and resolved an issue that affected the bank/vault inventory slots in the character item database. To address this, we will can now begin restoring affected items on a first-come, first-serve basis over the coming weeks.
Please note, we can only restore items that do not meet the following criteria:
- Un-bound or bind-on-equip items
- Currency or consumables
- Purchaseable vendor gear
How to Request an Item Restoration:
1. Visit our Support Page
2. Open a New Ticket
3. Use the drop-down to select Incidents / Bank Item Loss 2024
4. Enter your details and submit the ticket
If we are able to verify and locate your lost items, they will be sent to you in-game. However, if we cannot recover the items, your ticket will be closed as un-recoverable.
