Is it possible to get guild back

I founded a guild long time ago. it was a solo guild that I was leveling. At some point some players joined but i stopped playing for a while. When i came back everybody was kicked from the guild and now its sitting on a level 1 character which i have no clue who it is. Is there any way to recover it?

Have the same issue, the change to automatically changes guild lead is so bad.
