When I exit game, after 20sec countdown, it shows error - Please Help!

Hey everyone! The game runs fine and there are no issues whatsoever. However, once I exit the game and the 20sec countdown finishes, I get a popup windows message saying:

"Warhammer Online Age of Reckoning has stopped working" (This happens on both 32bit/normal and 64bit/experimental versions)

I really don't want my system to have to deal with a crash from this program, even if its when I exit the game.
(Logging out to change characters isn't a problem btw.)

Any advice is appreciated.


ALSO:
Another thing is when I click "Repair" under settings - nothing happens. No loading or going through files - just nothing, like its a broken button.
