Which faction needs more players

High I'm new to RoR and having been trying out the factions and classes. Which faction needs more players? I'm liking my current KotBS but i love the orks on the destruction side

In prime time there is a small balance, but the rest of the time Destruction suffers more from a lack of players, especially good ones =)

People that interesred in pvp balance usualy create characters on both side, and balance population when needed
Noximilien - AM, Severi - SM, Ravandin - SW, Celebor - WL, Ernwald - WH, Demandred - BG, Mesana - Sork, Beliar - DoK.
