Slayer or BW?

Hello,

Returning player, I wanted to know right now which of those two classes are moste needed/less played for wb.

slayer is garbage tier now, go bw both st and aoe are decent.

slayer in shambles. bw always had fun st spec to carry it (i never liked bomb felt like stationary mdps)

slayer is fine, don't listen to people who say it's bad. still strong in smallscale (SC, city, 6v6, etc) and perfectly fine in wb if played properly. it is weaker than before in wbs and open but is more than playable and still brings powerful utility like shatter limbs and IHD.

BW is definitely stronger for average gameplay now though with less skill required to perform your job at an acceptable level.

play whichever is more appealing to you and don't worry about meta slaves/incorrect opinions of players that don't know how to play.

slayer is very good as well as BW. having nerfed aoes to 9 cap and range to 25 you cannot play like last year. They are both very interesting dps which, ofc, play differently. All boils down if you wanna dps in melee or ranged.

Slayer. The main reason to play BW was aoe. Since AOE was nerfed, you might as well play a melee-meta class that has a better synergy with guard mechanics.

This is from a pure effectiveness standpoint. BW is still a fun and capable class if you don't care being a bit suboptimal.

BW for sure, as ppl above said Slayer is gutted and u would have much more fun on BW atm wich is a solid class

The game is dominated by range these days - leaving most melee nearly redundant - go BW you will have less frustration and more fun than slayer
