Slayer Stoutness of Stone tactic bugged?

My slayer has this tactic sloted and is not working... always getting 3sec kd or 5sec kd from BG... at happended?

Yeah the tactic isn't working, i've reported it already.

tactic is bugged since the new patch.
Work only against Staggers but not KD anymore.

Well it isn't working against enemy RP staggers, thats how i found out it was bugged, by playing my RP in Ranked against another RP.

Its the best Tactic we Dawi have, and its currently not working. Dawi always get nerfed the hardest. A Grudge must be settled, kill all Gobbos
