Layout Mode 4 Bars Customization Resetting

When I use '4 Bars - Small Cluster' and click 'Make Vertical' it resets to 12 Rows by 12 Number of Buttons. Clicking the setting '2 Rows by 12 Number of Buttons' always resets to '12 Rows by 12 Number of Buttons'. However by selecting anything while 'Make Vertical' is checked resets it to '12 Rows by 12 Numbers of Buttons' even though I'm trying to make it 2 Rows of 12 Buttons. 2 Rows by 12 Number of Buttons default (Horizontal) is working correctly.
