No Character create button when i log in

When i log in to the game there is no "create" button in the game menu.It gives me only cinematics, settings, credits and quit.Befor the game starts it give me an error about some myp files: Data.myp MypHandller

i have charter window, there is play button but the game return at the charter selection and don't log in the game

Idk about everyone else but I get this error:
