Simply a helmet with the appearance of a marauder's helmet so that I can use his appearance.

There is the "Very Rare" yellow section. See the description about shoulders and pummelers. The helmet you seek was there also.

OK yea it's humans where I was in chp 17. Do I have to go West? Is it just a random drop or from the PQ?

I did pick up a quest that took me to the dwarf mines, then after that took me up north. Am I on the right track?
