Anyone running Sacellum dungeon???

I just hit lvl 17 on my Shammy and I'm wondering if people run Sacellum dungeon or if it's even worth it. I have a bunch of quests for it, and need some gear.

Does good gear drop here and does anyone run it? I tried going solo, but die to the 1st wolf mob.

People run it, but you need to ask around a bit and wait for people to log onto their 16-20 alts etc. Keepers set is worth it unless you'll level to 25 before you get it.

OK I see people typing in LFG and Advice chat, but when I click to change my chat channel all I am presented with is" shout, guild, warband, party, say.

How do I change my chat channel?

Looking for group is chat channel 5, so to type in it do "/5 Looking for Sacellum run" or something in chat.
